APPETIZERS ON ARRIVAL
Your guests will enjoy Fresh Vegetables and Dip along with Domestic and Imported Cheese and Crackers as they arrive.
FLAMBE OF BEEF
When you choose the Roast Round of Beef as one of your Entrée selections, the Chef will flame the beef in the Banquet Room and then carve it to order for your guests.
CHAIR COVERS
Specially designed with your guests’ comfort in mind, our chair covers are unique and elegant. Our staff will handle all the ordering, setup and removal of the covers. The covers are available in White, Ivory or Black and we offer a large selection of sash colors to insure that every last detail coordinates with your event and décor.
